Job Responsibilities

Responsible for market promotion, customer development and maintenance of the company's listed chip products, exploring new customer resources, mining customer needs, and achieving the sales targets set by the company;

Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, order matching, and payment follow-up, maintain customer relationships throughout the process, and ensure stable cooperation;

Collect market trends, industry dynamics, competitor information, and customer feedback, timely organize and summarize them, and provide reference for the company's market strategy adjustment;

Cooperate with the company to complete various business tasks such as product promotion and customer docking, deeply cultivate the semiconductor industry, maintain long-term customer resources, and create a stable and high-quality cooperation system.

Job Requirements

College degree or above, no major restrictions, electronic, microelectronics, marketing related majors are preferred, fresh graduates can be trained;

• Possess good communication and expression skills, business negotiation and customer development abilities, strong resilience, a sense of purpose, execution and responsibility;

• Passionate about sales work, willing to delve deeply into the semiconductor chip industry, possessing a good sense of teamwork and professionalism;

Sales experience in the electronic components, chips, and semiconductor industries is preferred, while those without experience can receive systematic pre job training from the company.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for providing on-site technical support, customer application guidance, and follow-up on solution implementation for the company's proxy chip products. Coordinate with customer R&D, engineering, and production teams to solve various technical problems during chip import, trial production, and mass production processes;

• Cooperate with customer project pre evaluation, provide chip selection suggestions, circuit application references, parameter adaptation guidance, assist customers in completing product scheme design, sample debugging, testing and verification, and mass production import work;

• Quickly respond to customer on-site technical abnormalities, locate the cause of the problem (chip performance, application circuit, matching program, process adaptation, etc.), output problem analysis reports, rectification plans, and preventive measures to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer technical docking, product promotion, technical Q&A, assist in conducting customer technical training, new product promotion, and solution demonstrations, and enhance customer cooperation stickiness;

Collect customer application pain points, technical requirements, and market feedback, organize chip application cases, technical manuals, and problem libraries, accumulate FAE technical experience, and provide technical support for the company's product promotion and selection optimization;

Track mainstream industry solutions, new chip technologies, and application trends, continuously update product technology awareness, and support the company's new product promotion and technical service upgrades.

Job Requirements

College degree or above, major in electronic information, microelectronics, electrical engineering, automation, communication, etc., with experience in semiconductor, electronic component FAE, technical support, hardware research and development preferred;

• Possess basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics, able to understand circuit schematics, familiar with commonly used chip application principles, and have the ability to debug and troubleshoot circuits;

• Possess excellent on-site communication, expression, and problem-solving skills, with efficient response and strong service awareness, able to adapt to urgent project schedule requirements;

Strong learning ability, willing to delve deeply into semiconductor application technology, able to accept on-site technical support work from customers at different stages, good stress resistance, and strong sense of responsibility;

Whether experienced or not, excellent fresh graduates and those who have switched to technical positions can be trained. Those with FAE experience in the chip and semiconductor industries are given priority for employment.

1. Responsible for coordinating departmental resource allocation and technical support;

2. Organize the completion of the company's production plan and production goals;

3. Implement the company's requirements for cost control, product quantity, and quality;

4. Provide feedback on abnormal production situations and propose improvement measures;

5. Responsible for the onboarding training and on-the-job assessment of new employees;

6. Responsible for drafting departmental policies, procedures, and process documents, as well as managing departmental personnel.

1. High school diploma or above, major in mechanical engineering

2. More than 5 years of production management experience in the same industry, proficient in using OFFICE office software;

3. Have practical experience in adjusting and maintaining slingshot coiling machines;

4. Have knowledge in on-site management, production and operation management, quality management, and other related areas.

5. Strong management skills in leadership, organization, communication, coordination, and training.

6. Having experience in debugging slingshot coiling machines (Japanese SH-1, SH-3, Taiwanese KHM) is preferred;
